Return, Refund and Warranty Policy
- Return and Replacement:
In case of a Misplaced & defected product:
- If wrong product or defected product is found it can be returned immediately to the delivery
Man. (No delivery charge required)
- Check the item in front of delivery man or shoot an unboxing video to claim (Must)
- Please do not break the seal of your received Product & keep the delivery packaging & invoice
In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:
- If you cancel the order at your doorstep, delivery charge needs to be paid.
- Changes of mind not applicable once you take the delivery and delivery man leave your location.
- Quality of the Product depends on Brand (Manufactures), you cannot return a product if you do
not like the product quality.
- b) Warranty Policy:
- Watch Tag provides machine/ movement warranty. Depending on the brand and model, warranty can be from 1 to 5 years.
- If any machine related problem occurs, please knock us on our Facebook page. We will collect the product and provide required service. Total service will be FREE OF COST.
- For Waterproof watches, we will provide complete support regarding water related issues (if arises).
- For warranty claim, warranty card and cash memo must be shown.
- Let us know within the warranty period for any inconvenience.
- We will take 7-14 days of inspection time to examine the validity of your warranty claim. If our inspection justifies your warranty claim only then we will provide required service.
Note:
- Any physical damage caused while using the product will not be accepted for the warranty claim.
- Please do not repair it by yourself (or Any Local shop). Warranty would become invalid if repaired by any other Source.
- For any particular product you can claim your warranty only once. Replacement of Warranty will be applicable once in a whole warranty period.
- For Water resistant watches, product should be used carefully since it has limited capacity to protect from water. (In term of water- resistant watches You Can’t claim for any service if its arise due to miss used of user)
- Refund Policy:
- Refund policy will be applicable only when you made the payment but the product(s) is/are out of stock.
- In terms of replacement, if the replacement is out of stock only then you can request for the refund.
- A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the 3 calendar days.
- In terms of misplaced or defected product, the product must be sealed, wrapped, intact condition (as delivered).
- If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 10 Working days.
